Q: How did you first get to hear about the Sardinia Bay Golf & Wildlife Estate?

We had been looking for a long time on the Seaview Road and a friend of mine asked me to play a round of golf on the course. While we were playing, I noticed the plots and the boards. I immediately enquired at the golf club and they put me on to the agent. This estate was exactly   what we had been looking for!

Q: What finally sold you on the estate?

So many aspects; the golf course naturally, the wonderful investment opportunity, the unrivalled lifestyle, the wildlife and nature aspect, the accessibility to the city. We simply could not afford to miss this opportunity!

Q: Tell us about some of the spectacular features of your magnificent home:

The size of the house is 481m2 encompassing the following:

4 large beds all with en-suites

Large double garage with a separate entrance

Wine cellar

Large koi pond under the staircase

Formal lounge / TV room

Dining room with a patio overlooking the estate

Covered pool area with a patio and separate braai room

Bar area

The house is divided onto 3 levels

All of the rooms feature stacks away doors for maximum vista

Imported Italian kitchen

Separate scullery and pantry

Q: Where did you live before buying into this estate?

We had a townhouse in Church Road, Walmer

Q: What are you going to enjoy the most about living on this estate?

Being so close to town, the security, the natural beauty surrounding us, and as you saw from the golf carts standing in the garage; a lot more time on the course!

Like what you see?
